The Auctioneering Firm of Lawrence & McDonald was founded in 1993. The two Principals, Patricia Lawrence and Clodagh McDonald, had a wealth of experience between them in all aspects of the Residential and new house markets and were the first all female firm to open in Waterford.
In 1997 they opened a branch office in Tramore which has since gone from strength to strength taking advantage of the upsurge in new home purchased and the Seaside Resort Urban Renewal Tax Incentive Scheme.
With the able assistance of Grainne Walsh in Negotiating and Property Management and their two Secretary/Receptionists Carol Lord, Tramore and Jenny Coade, Waterford they aim to offer a comprehensive, helpful and professional service in all aspects of Sales, Purchases, Property Management etc.
