Jack Flanagan has been practicing auctioneering since 1983. Since then, he has sold hundreds of houses and has become a well known businessman in Dungarvan. He is also a property valuer and estate agent. Jack Flanagan is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers and is affiliated to the CEI.
The Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV) was established in 1971 as a representative body for qualified, licensed auctioneers, valuers and estate agents throughout Ireland.
IPAV has two main objectives:
to establish and maintain high standards of professional conduct among its members.
to provide the public with a guarantee of a professional service by acting as a watchdog to protect their interests.
IPAV members are affiliated to the European Confederation of European Estate Agents (CEI) which represents over 20,000 estate agents across Europe.
