Anne Lait Auctioneers was founded by Anne Lait F.I.A.V.I., P.C. with a vision to give a professional, warm friendly efficient service to ease Clients through the sale and purchase of their homes. Anne has worked in the business for over 25 years in the town of Wicklow, She is a fellow of the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute (I.A.V.I.) and is supported by its 1800 members throughout Ireland with their shared expert knowledge of local and national markets. Anne has been a member of the Irish I.A.V.I. since 1978 and has acted as President for the South East Region, Chaired the National Education Committee (I.A.V.I.) and still acts as a confidential advisor to members nationally. She is a former President of the Wicklow & District Chamber of Commerce and is currently a Director of the Irish Aviation Authority.
